You'll share your ideas, learn new skills, and really make a difference for not only your team, but for your customers and your community. <br><br>Job Description: <br><br>As Manager III, Human Resources Support at The GIANT Company, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of HR service delivery and business partner support. This role is responsible for ensuring a consistent, high quality experience for team members and leaders across all HR touchpoints, while supporting day to day HR operations in the support office. <br><br>This role reports to a Director of Human Resources and serves as a key connection point between centralized HR services and business operations. You will directly oversee the Associate Service Center, ASC, which serves as the primary HR, payroll, and benefits call center for team members, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective resolution of inquiries. <br><br>In addition, this role manages the HRBP supporting the Perishable Distribution Center, PDC, and provides broader HR oversight for the PDC, ensuring alignment to company policies, compliance requirements, and team member experience standards. This role also partners closely with support office leaders to drive consistency and effectiveness across performance management, succession planning, and training and development initiatives. <br><br>Job Responsibilities: <br><br>Lead the execution and daily operations of the Associate Service Center, ensuring high quality support for team member inquiries related to HR, payroll, and benefits while maintaining service levels and responsiveness through effective staffing, workflow management, and issue resolution. Provide direct leadership and development to ASC team members, establishing clear performance expectations and driving consistency in service delivery. <br><br>Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive team member issues, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate partnership with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams <br><br>Provide HR oversight for the PDC, ensuring consistent application of policies, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with company standards <br><br>Partner with support office leaders to execute performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and team member relations <br><br>Support succession planning and talent development efforts, including talent reviews, readiness assessments, and development planning <br><br>Identify training and development needs and support the execution of learning initiatives that build capability and improve performance <br><br>Partner with leaders across the business to support workforce needs, employee relations, and team member engagement <br><br>Leverage HR data and service trends to identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and team member experience <br><br>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures across ASC and PDC operations <br><br>Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to support delivery of programs and initiatives, including talent, total rewards, and employee relations <br><br>Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery to increase efficiency and consistency <br><br>Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness <br><br>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: <br><br>Strong expertise in human resources operations, employee relations, and service delivery <br><br>Experience leading call center or shared service HR environments, including performance management and service expectations <br><br>Experience supporting distribution or operational environments, with understanding of workforce challenges and compliance considerations <br><br>Experience supporting performance management, succession planning, and training and development processes within a support office environment <br><br>Ability to interpret HR data and identify trends to improve service delivery and outcomes <br><br>Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices <br><br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization <br><br>Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment <br><br>Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high performing teams <br><br>Proficiency with HR systems and reporting tools <br><br>Minimum Requirements: <br><br>Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field <br><br>Experience: 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, including leadership experience in HR operations, shared services, or business partner roles, with demonstrated success leading teams and supporting multi site environments <br><br>The GIANT Company is an equal opportunity employer.
